As an accomplished strategist and transformational business leader with senior leadership experience in a range of medium to large distribution and manufacturing environments, Sethu helps companies uncover and unleash their potential by leveraging people, process and technology.
Sethu offers more than 30 years’ experience in developing and executing business strategies that have consistently delivered share gain and profit growth. He understands the necessity for leadership, cross functional alignment, speed and adoption on any implementation.
As the Chief of Staff to CEO of Global Industrial (NYSE: GIC), Sethu co-led the development and led execution of enterprise-wide strategic and operational initiatives including a multi-year organizational transformation which led to record revenue and operating income growth.
As the VP of Strategy and Business Development, he developed and executed a go to market strategy for entering new vertical segments and led a team responsible for over $400M in revenue.
Prior to that, Sethu held various leadership roles at MSC Industrial Supply, ADI Global and TDK Electronics in Category Management, Strategy, Operations, Business Process and Marketing.
Sethu graduated from University of Calicut, India receiving a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering. He received his MBA from Georgia State University.
